Bluebell, a luxury fashion brand based in Hongkong, has acquired a large stake in Carven, a French high-end fashion brand with a history of more than 70 years, but the two sides did not disclose the price of the takeover.

Henri Sebaoun was once one of the top executives of the French Soci e t e B Ranger company. Soci t t B Ranger bought Carven in 2008.
