Olympic Games

According to Xinhua news agency, according to Singapore media reports, facing the upcoming 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the global footwear giants represented by Nike and Adidas are working hard to compete in China's sports equipment market.

China is the largest emerging footwear market in the world, and footwear manufacturers want to get a slice of it.

According to Nike's report last month, China will become the second largest market after the US in 2009, and its sales in China increased by 50% in the first quarter.

Adidas also launched a marketing campaign, which plans to open two new stores in mainland China on average every day.

As China's local enterprises, Li Ning Co has adopted different marketing strategies, mainly developing competitiveness in smaller areas where Nike and Adidas do not.
