Product promotion and service cooperation agreement

I. content of cooperation

Four, agency discount and market charge

Seven. Force majeure.

An unforeseeable and unavoidable event of force majeure, which causes an economic loss or failure to perform or fails to perform fully, shall not be liable for the loss of the other party.

In case of a force majeure event, the party shall immediately notify the other party of the circumstances of the event, and submit a valid proof of the particulars of the event and the reasons for the failure to perform or fail to fulfill the agreement, or the reason for delay in performance.

In the light of the extent of the impact of the event on the performance of the agreement, it is up to the two sides to decide whether to continue to perform this agreement or terminate the agreement.
