Four, design

Five. Materials

1, Party B shall provide Party A with a list of materials to be purchased 3 days in advance. Party A shall purchase materials in time for the construction team within 4 days, and both parties shall bear their respective responsibility for the delay and the economic losses.

2. Without Party A's consent, Party B shall not purchase materials on its own. If purchased, Party A has the right to refuse to use it unconditionally and refuse to pay the cost of the material.
