In other words, although they are different from each other in art category, they are obviously a group from a distance.

The Train to Spring shares this "buddy" nature in many aspects.

A troubled protagonist, he can be Zhuang Shu who is imprisoned in Moses on the Plain, the "Panjin leopard" who screams in despair in the pen of Ban Yu, and the laid-off policeman Liao Fan in Daylight Fireworks. In the "train", he was dismissed as a thief by the factory. He was planted and framed as a thief who stole factory parts, which made Dachuan lose the qualification to receive 40000 compensation. In order to recover his innocence, he stayed behind the real thief while busy working for his family who was about to give birth to a new life. The thief finally found it, but it still could not change the final outcome of Dachuan going south.

In the "buddy" movie "Spring Tide", the little girl's authentic northeast "Dachazi" accent is the "Spring Tide" running through the whole film's cold and depressing temperament. In the "train", there are not only seemingly trivial daily nonsense and "chatting" after dinner. In the film, in order to make a living, Dachuan is forced to play the role of the disabled. He leans out of the disabled car to pick up the work and carefully passes the police. Deliberate actions and in place expressions form an absurd sense of comedy.

In the media interview, Li Ji talked about the original intention of creating movies. "There are always people walking around, and this problem has always existed when I made movies.".

While sharing and even continuing a narrative of the Northeast, we should also see that the Train to Spring is not outstanding among "associates". The frequent structure of the play is not only a presentation of labor, but also a hard injury to the film. The film failed to catch the arc of the inner changes of the characters. Instead, it can only enrich the characters' experience by adding scenes one by one, filling the lack of emotional and spiritual performance of the characters in the whole film. The film's persuasiveness is dispelled in this way.
