The chief of the China Textile Federation said that the cost of the whole process would exceed the original cost.

In terms of manufacturing costs, enterprises do not have advantages in competitiveness.

From the point of view of industry, at present, the industrial chain system of waste textile recycling and reuse is not mature and the lack of standards directly impedes the development process of waste textile recycling.

In addition, China's recycling industry mostly sets up factories in the "three regardless" border area of provinces, cities, counties and townships, with backward production capacity being more important, homogenization of products and serious disorder competition.
