In the past few months, the quality and safety of some Chinese products have become the focus of the international community.

Some time ago, some footwear export enterprises were also discussing the communication of product requirements when negotiating with customers.

These problems are ultimately reflected in products, and product testing is not the same.

And defending the reputation of "made in China" has also become an arduous economic and political task for the Chinese government.

Recently, the inspection and Quarantine Bureau of some localities strengthened the inspection of export footwear, and gradually shifted the inspection focus to safety and hygiene. According to the different colors, materials, crafts, producing areas and metal decorations of export shoes, a certain number of samples were sent to inspection institutions with testing conditions.

It is understood that in the first 8 months of this year, Heilongjiang has exported 1165 batches of export footwear, with a value of $38 million 750 thousand, and the batch and value of goods increased by 92.9% and 76.9% respectively. 24 kinds of banned amines, which can be decomposed to aromatic amine azo dyes and pentachlorophenol, have not been tested. More than 90% of them meet the requirements of category a products stipulated in the GBl8401-2003 basic safety technical specification for national textiles, that is, the requirements for infant products; the other 10% are in line with class B requirements and can directly contact the skin.

At the same time, in order to maintain the image of "made in China", some shoe companies have increased investment in scientific and technological testing equipment, and at the same time intensified publicity efforts, so that export enterprises can establish awareness of honesty, responsibility and rules, ensure the quality and safety of every export footwear products, and jointly maintain the international reputation of Chinese products.

In the interview, the reporter also learned that some shoe companies also set up their own testing departments to facilitate knowing the testing standards of customers and the latest international testing information to meet the needs of production materials.

In particular, more attention has been paid to children's products with high demand for testing and production in western countries.
